Who We Are

902800 NWT LIMITED was incorporated in 1990 as an equal joint venture business established by a group of long term northern business people working together with  a group of Aboriginal Investors from the NWT Dene and Metis community.  The company opened for business in January 1992.

Our History

Our customers include:

• The Aboriginal Peoples Television Network.
• Northwestel Inc.
• The Dene Nation.
• Ardicom Digital Communications Inc.
• ERM Rescan Environmental Services Ltd
• De Beers Canada Inc

and in an adjacent building, the North Slave Housing Corporation.

It is important to note that we have continuously offered lease rates priced significantly lower than our larger competitors in the Yellowknife “Class A” office building marketplace.
